“We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.” – Albert Einstein

Unlock Creativity & Break Thinking Patterns

Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to reorganise itself by forming new neural connections throughout life. Participants learned a technique that helps counteract negative thinking and supports installing the good in the brain. This promotes mental health and personal resilience.

We explored how to go beyond ordinary thought processes to access deeper creativity, referencing Einstein’s insight: “We cannot solve our problems on the same level we used when we created them.” This quote emphasises the importance of innovative thinking and breaking free from habitual patterns. A meditation exercise demonstrated how to break through ordinary thinking levels and create space for new information.

Establishing a meditation routine was highlighted as a key strategy for maintaining resilience and enhancing creativity. The audio files of the meditation exercises are available (see links below) to encourage practice and integration into your daily lives.

The event, attended by over 40 participants, concluded with a networking reception, allowing to connect with one another, share their experiences, and discuss insights gained from the workshop.
