Unlock Creativity & Break Thinking Patterns
“We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.”
(Albert Einstein)

In the world of risk management, we are daily engaged in solving complex problems and anticipating potential risks. But what happens when we become stuck in familiar thought patterns? How can we continue to nourish and renew our problem-solving abilities?

In this lecture, we explore the concept of creativity – not just as a ‘soft skill’, but as a state of being that you can apply in all areas of your life. Creativity is about the ability to create space for innovation every single day. New ways of seeing, feeling, and acting.

What can you expect from this lecture?

  • What is creativity, and how can we continue to nourish it?
  • How do we break fixed thought patterns? And how do we create calm in the brain? Both aspects are needed as a solid foundation for creativity.
  • How do we open new doors to intuition? How do we transcend our brain and analytical mind? How can we create space for the unknown and the ‘not knowing’?

The lecture is supported by insights from neuroscience, practical examples, and a few short visualization and meditation exercises. You’ll also gain a fresh perspective on meditation—not as a final goal, but as a powerful tool to temporarily release the analytical mind and create more space for intuition and new ideas.

This lecture is accessible to everyone (no prior meditation experience required), but it does ask for a certain willingness to give the analytical left brain a bit of rest and experience the power of stillness, imagination, and ‘not knowing’.

We look forward to taking this journey together, discovering new ways to stimulate creativity in your life.
